Professor Hatem Saifeldin is an Associate Professor of Orthodontics at Ain Shams University, Cairo, with over two decades of academic, clinical, and research experience. He holds a PhD in Orthodontics and has supervised numerous postgraduate theses. His scientific work focuses on modern orthodontic techniques, particularly clear aligner therapy and the integration of artificial intelligence in diagnosis and treatment planning.

Dr. Saifeldin is the Editor-in-Chief of the Ain Shams Dental Journal and led its successful indexing in Scopus, making it the first Egyptian dental journal to achieve this milestone. He has received multiple distinguished awards, including the Achievement Award from the Minister of Higher Education and the Egyptian Orthodontic Society’s Best Research Award. Dr. Saifeldin is a frequent speaker at national and international conferences, known for blending academic rigor with digital innovation in orthodontics.
