Skeletal anterior open bite is considered the most challenging clinical cases especially when associated with other types of malocclusion such as skeletal class II malocclusion and loss of one or more maxillary incisors. Those cases need great attention during diagnosis to address all factors associated with the development of such complex problems three-dimensionally. Multidisciplinary team approach is also mandatory to achieve the best clinical results with great concern on all details to optimize mini- and micro- smile esthetics.
