Abstract Submission Form

We invite national and international researchers, academics, and clinicians to submit their original work to the Ain Shams University International Dental Conference (ASU-IDC), taking place 15–17 October 2025 in Cairo, Egypt.

All accepted abstracts will be published free of charge in a special edition of the Ain Shams Dental Journal, a Q4 Scopus-indexed journal.

Abstract Submission Period: 15 April – 1 July 2025

Abstract Submission Guidelines:

⁠Abstracts must be written in English, with a maximum of 250 words.
Oral presentations are limited to 20 minutes total, including 5 minutes for Q&A.
⁠The ASU-IDC logo must be included on all presentation slides.
Previously published or presented work are not accepted
No figures, tables, photos, or illustrations within the abstract are allowed.
Promotional content or product endorsements of any kind.
⁠⁠Only complete submissions will be considered.
No edits after submission.
A confirmation email will be sent upon submission.
⁠⁠Acceptance notifications will be delivered electronically.
