Describe normal TMJ anatomy and function.

Differentiate between common temporomandibular disorders and their clinical features.

Identify when conservative management is appropriate versus when surgical referral is indicated.

Lecture 2: TMJ Imaging – CT and MRI in Normal and Diseased Joints

Explain the role of CT and MRI in evaluating the TMJ.

Interpret normal and pathological features of the TMJ on imaging studies.
