I hold a PhD in Dentistry and a Master’s degree in Orthodontics, both obtained in Brazil. I am also a certified Specialist in Orthodontics and Functional Jaw Orthopedics in my home country. Internationally, I have completed the Master Damon Program in Self-Ligating Systems inMadrid, Spain, and the Excellence in Orthodontics program in London, United Kingdom.

Currently, I serve as the Head Professor and Coordinator of postgraduate orthodontic programs for Latin American professionals at Universidade Metropolitana de Santos (UNIMES), in São Paulo, Brazil. I am the creator of the Moderna Orto bracket prescriptions for self-ligating systems and the Moderna Orto philosophy for treating complex cases
